Morocco wraps up WAFCON preparation with a landslide win
The Atlas Lionesses beat Cape Verde 5-0 in a friendly, their final tune-up before the Women's AFCON hosted by Morocco.
The Atlas Lionesses, Morocco's women's national team, thrashed Cape Verde 5-0 on Tuesday evening in a friendly match played as part of their preparation for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.
A final tune-up before kick-off
The match was one of the last preparation fixtures for the national team ahead of the continental tournament, which Morocco is set to host on home soil.

The Women's Africa Cup of Nations will be held in Morocco from 26 July to 16 August. The Atlas Lionesses will compete in Group A, alongside Algeria, Senegal and Kenya.
