The 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) is being held in Morocco, in Rabat and Casablanca, from 26 July to 16 August. For the first time in its history, the tournament features 16 teams, split into four groups of four.
The top two teams from each group advance to the quarter-finals. The competition also doubles as qualification for the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil: the four semi-finalists earn a direct spot.
