Spain qualified with a 1-0 extra-time win over Portugal, and will meet Belgium, who thrashed the United States 4-1.
Norway pulled off a surprise 2-1 win over Brazil, and will face England, who beat Mexico 3-2.
The last two spots will be decided by Argentina vs Egypt and Switzerland vs Colombia, both played on July 7.
