Wydad Athletic Club has officially announced the signing of defender Salah-Eddine El Kouffi from FUS Rabat, marking his return to the club on a three-season professional contract.
Wydad Athletic Club have officially strengthened their defensive line with the signing of defender Salah-Eddine El Kouffi (22), joining from FUS Rabat on a three-season professional contract.
The move marks a return to Wydad for El Kouffi, who previously played for the club before moving to FUS Rabat, where his standout performances drew interest from several clubs during this summer's transfer window.
In its statement, the club said the signing is part of efforts to strengthen the squad, particularly the backline, ahead of the new season, wishing the player well in "committing seriously to the team's objectives."
El Kouffi becomes Wydad's sixth summer signing, as part of a wider sporting restructuring drive at the club.
